- W2391994185 abstract "Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ccnd1 antisense oligonucleotides(Ccnd1-ASON) liposomes to inhibit the expression of Ccnd1 and proferation of lens epithelial cells(LEC) in rats.Methods:The LEC of rats were cultured and divided into 3 groups: Ccnd1-ASON liposomes added,sense oligonucleotides(Ccnd1-SON) liposomes added and only Lipofectin added.The oligodeoxynucleotides were transfected into the cultured cells with lipofection.The expression of Ccnd1 was detected by using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) after 24,72 and 120 hours.The proliferative status of cells was measured by methabenzthiazuron(MTT) assay after 24,48,72,96 and 120 hours.Results:The expression quantity of Ccnd1 in group of Ccnd1-ASON was less than that in the other two groups,which got no difference.The proliferation of cells was not different among 3 groups in early 24 hours while the proliferation of the group of Ccnd1-ASON was lower than that of the other two groups after 48～120 hours.Conclusions:Ccnd1-ASON liposomes had inhibiting effects on expression of Ccnd1 and proferation of LECs in rats." @default.
