- W2392056616 abstract "The solvent deasphalting-deoiled asphalt gasification-deasphalted oil hydrogenation catalytic cracking combination technology is an effective approach to processing poor-quality thick oil.In order to raise the distillation yield of deasphalted oil and reduce the cost of producing fertilizer,technicians conducted industrial experiments on raising the yield of deasphalted oil(from the current yield of 50%) and the softening point of asphalt.Experimental results show that when the yield of deasphalted oil stands at 55%,the temperature of deoiled asphalt is 248℃ when its viscosity reaches 0.1Pa·s.When the temperature is below 300℃,the possibility of tar formation is very small.As the temperature rises,the possibility of tar formation heightens and when the temperature exceeds 360℃,the possibility of tar formation rises considerably.Blending with some dry gas as fuel can significantly the diameter of droplets and the spray angle.With the increase of temperature,the yield of deasphalted oil will drop and its quality will improve.The overall solvent volume ratio is 6:1.Industrial experiments show that after the yield of deasphalted oil was raised to 60% from 50% and the softening point of deoiled asphalt was raised to 100℃ from 70℃,the unit operated well with no significant change in oxygen consumption.The temperature in the gasifier was in the normal range of 1100-1300℃,the output of gas from poor-quality deoiled asphalt was equivalent to that from residual oil,the content of effective gases(CO+H2) in the feed gas remained at around 95%(by volume),the content of methane remained below 0.4%(by volume) and the concentration of coal slurry stayed at 0.3%-0.7%(by mass).If the processing depth of a solvent deasphalting unit is raised,when the softening point of asphalt reaches 120℃ and the temperature is 254℃,the viscosity of asphalt will exceed 100mm2/s,higher than the designed upper viscosity limit of the high-pressure feed pump,and the processing volume will far exceed the nameplate capacity of the solvent deasphalting unit." @default.
