- W2392213084 abstract "Objective To observe the tumor inhibitory effect of pingheng baojian dan of different doses in Lewis lung cancer model mice. Methods C57B1 /6 mice were randomized into a control group,a pingheng baojian dan of low dose group( low dose group) and a pingheng baojian dan of high dose group( high dose group). The medication started 3 days before vaccination. In the control group,the distilled water of same volume was used. In the low dose group and the high dose group,pingheng baojian dan 2 g·kg- 1and 4g·kg- 1were prescribed separately. On the 4thday of medication,Lewis lung cancer cells were vaccinated subcutaneously in the right armpit of each mouse. The tumor volume and body mass of mice were observed in each group. The tumor inhibitory incidence was calculated. Results The inhibitory effect of tumor volume was achieved in the high dose group and the low dose group,indicating the significant differences as compared with the control group( P 0. 01). The dose dependence was not apparent between the high dose group and the low dose group. In the vast majority of time,the body mass of mice in the high dose group and the low dose group was lower significantly than that in the control group during medication( P 0. 01). The body mass was increased stably at the late stage in the high dose group to be same level as that in the control group. The tumor incidences were 70% and 80% in the two groups separately,suggesting the significant tumor inhibitory effect of pingheng baojian dan. Conclusion The pingheng baojian dan has definite tumor inhibitory effect and the effect of it is the best in the high dose group. The tumor inhibitory rate and the inhibition of tumor volume are obvious." @default.
