- W2392697304 abstract "In order to study the flocculating activity of bioflocculant MBF2,the orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the culture medium of bioflocculant-producing strain C2.The optimal medium components were as follows:glucose 5g/L,(NH4)2SO4 0.5g/L,urea 5.0g/L,and the optimal pH value was 8.0.The Molish reaction and ninhydrin reaction showed that the bioflocculant MBF2 was mainly composed of protein,which was the extracellular metabolite secreted by microorganism.Both the growth of cells and the flocculating activity were highest at 48h of culture.The effect of pH value on flocculating activity was obvious,and pH6.0～8.0 was optimum for getting good effects and the highest flocculating rate of 83.7% was attained at pH7.0.The thermostability of MBF2 was good in the range of 25～40℃,but decreased obviously when temperature was higher than 40℃.The heat inactivation first-order kinetic equation was established based on the thermostability experimental data,and the inactivation activation energy was calculated as 11.86kJ/mol.The decolorizing rate of Methylene Blue by the treatment of MBF2 was up to 98.6%." @default.
