- W2392736277 abstract "~3H-CBD_1 was orally given to normal healthy Wistar rat for studing of its fact and distribution. Absorbition of ~3H-CBD_1 from gastrointestinal tract in rats was collected from the blood only 5 minutes after oral administration. The blood time radioactivity curve showed two peaks. Time reached its peak level were within half an hour and twelve hours respectively. The blood level declined gradually with a half life (T_(1/2β)) of 6.33 days.Beside gastrointestinal tract, there are higher radioactivity in liver, kidney, brain and testis. Liver and kindey seemed to be main metabolic and excret organs. Within 24 hours the total ~3H-CBD_1 excreted was 16.2％ of the dose in urine and 7.5％ in feces. 7 days after its oral administration, the total excretion of ~3H-CBD_1 in feces and urine was 41.4％, and after 14 days, the total excretion of ~3H-CBD_1 was 43.0％.The plasma level of ~3H-CBD_1 was adequately fitted to a two-compartment open model with a first order absorbtion and elimination. The parameters are as follows: T_(1/2α)0.6858 days, T_(1/2β) 6.3302 days, T_(1/2Kα) 0.2342 days, t_p 0.375 days, R~2=0.978, Ka2.9595 per day, V_1 1663 ml, V_2 887 ml, V_D(SS) 2551 ml.It is suggested that absorbtion of ~3H-CBD_1 from gastrointestinal tract in rats is rapid, distributed in various organs. There are no species accumulative organs, the excretion was rather slow, which is in agreement with the results for kinetic analysis." @default.
