- W2392862227 abstract "Objective:To determine the content of baicaline in composite houttuynia tablets with reversed-phase HPLC so as to control the quality of the preparation. Methods:Baicaline was separated with a C 18 chemical bonding silica gel column. A mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid (40∶60∶1) served as the mobile phase. UV detection wavelength was set at 274 nm. Results:The resolution degree of baicaline peak and peaks of other components was 2.1; the number of theoretical plates calculaled for baicaline peak was 15,590; the average rate of recovery of the added sample was 98.8%(n=5). The RSD obtained from 5 independent determinations was 0.92%. There was a good linear relationship between the quantity of baicaline sample and the absorption area value within a range of 0.25～2.5 μg of baicaline. Conclusion:The method was shown to be highly accurate and reproducible in the content determination of baicaline in fufangyuxingcao tablets." @default.
