- W2393045707 abstract "objective analysis on gestational diabetes mellitus patients with indications for cesarean section and its study status,correlation.Methads Gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women in 2011 September to 2014 June method to select 95 cases(observation group) as the research object,in addition,select the same period as the control group 78 cases of normal pregnant women.Observation of the two groups of pregnant women of cesarean section indications of the occurrence rate of syndrome.Results in the observation group,maternal splits the palace production was 27.37%higher than that of the control group(26/95),pregnant women with cesarean section rate was 7.69%(6/78),to compare the differences were statistically significant(P less than 0.05).In addition,the observation group of cesarean section indications among macrosomia and fetal distress,pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome occurred in 34.62%(9/26),23.08%(6/26) and 26.92%(7/26),are all higher than that of the control group(0%,16.67%,16.67%),comparison between groups exist obvious differences(P greater than 0.05 the statistical significance).Conclusion diabetes significantly increased maternal cesarean section refers to the occurrence rate of syndrome,especially the fetal macrosomia and fetal distress,pregnancy induced hypertension patients,so,should strengthen antenatal examination,attaches great importance to control blood glucose of maternal diabetes,in order to reduce the adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes of pregnancy,the promotion of maternal and child health." @default.
