- W2393054027 abstract "Objective To analyze the clinical pathological feature of uterine mullerian adenosarcoma thus to improve the diagnosisrate and treatment.Methods Data of five patients with uterine mullerian adenosarcoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results The mean age at diagnosis was 46 years old(range 19～77 years old).3 cases were in premenopause,the other 2 were in postmenopause.All patients were presented with irregular vaginal bleeding.Histology revealed a biphasic tumor composed of benign epithelial elements and sarcomatous stroma,2 cases were adenosarcomas with sarcomatous overgrowth,1 admixed with sex cord-like elements.The epithelium cells were strong positive for CK(AE1/AE3)and EMA,slightly for ER,PR and CA125.The sarcomatous component were positive for Vim,CD10 and CD99;ER,PR,SMA,Inhibin-α,CR,and S-100 were slightly positive in local area.Both epithelial and sarcomatous were Des negative.All patients were underwent total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy(TAHBSO),and 3 cases received chemoradiotherapy postoperative.During fellow-up,1 patient died,1 had pelvic recurrence and another 3 survived with tumor-free.Conclusions Uterine mullerian adenosarcoma is generally presenting with abnormal vaginal bleeding,and the main therapy method is surgery.The main prognostic factors are extrauterine spread,myometrial invasion and sarcomatous overgrowth." @default.
