- W2393137240 abstract "Objective:To establish a SPE-HPLC method for the determination of gibberellin,benzoic acid,saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R in fruits.Methods:Fruit samples were extracted with methnal/water(50%) and cleaned up with Waters HLB solid extration phase.Then gibberellin,benzoic acid,saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R were determined by HPLC with PAD detector.Results:The four components were concentrated and separated completely by HLB cartridges.The good correlation and coefficient of the standard curve were obtained(r0.999),the recoveries of sample were 92%～104% with relative standard deviations between 3.5% and 4.3%.Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and accurate for determination of gibberellin,benzioc acid, saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R in fruits." @default.
