- W2393183118 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Baicalin in Yanreqing capsule. METHODS:HPLC was performed on Hypersil BDS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) with column at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 280nm. RESULTS:The linearity of Baicalin was good in the range of 0.101～1.01μg(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate is 99.67% with RSD at 0.82%(n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and it can be applied for the quality control of Yanreqing capsule." @default.
