- W2393207975 abstract "Zhonghua Gongting Huangji,1 days old,divided into two treatments with ten repeats per treatment,were allowed ad lib.access to control or experiment(supplementing cysteamine) diets.Cysteamine chloride was supplemented every five days in dosage of 100mg/kg body weight to experimental diet.The results indicated that in 1～30 and 31～50 days old in experiment(E group) or control(C group)their total body weight gains were 342.90 and 353.60 grams,or 314.30 and 328.70 grams which was 9.10% and 7.58%(P0.01) higher than C group.The feed/gain ratios were 2.100 and 3.477 for E group,or 2.174 and 3.699 for C group,which was 3.40% and 6.00% lower than C group.The concentrations of somatotropin in plasma were 0.90 and 0.95ng/ml for E group or 0.62 and 0.68 ng/ml for C group,which was 45.16% and 39.71%(P0.05) higher than C group,and the concentrations of somatostatin in plasma were 123.21 and 141.75pg/ml for E group,or 221.70 and 248.55pg/ml for C group,which was 44.42% and 42.97%(P0.01) lower than C group;The contents of free amino acids in plasma for E group were 26.53% and 23.46%(P0.05) lower than C group.The contents of ammonia in plasma for E group were 11.84% and 11.86% lower than C group respectively.It was concluded that cysteamine could significantly promoted Zhonghua Gongting Huangji growth rate." @default.
