- W2393432783 abstract "Objective To investigate whether hypokalemia can lead to ventricular dyssynchrony, and compare the sensitivity of ventricular synchrony evaluation by ultrasound indexes and electrocardiogram indexes, and find more sensitive,non-invasive and repeatable ventricular synchrony evaluation index. Methods The ventricular synchrony index of hypokalemia patients and control group were determined by using two-dimensional speckle tracking technique. The synchronization index(TAS-POST) greater than 130ms was as the determination standard of left ventricular systolic asynchrony.12-lead electrocardiogram of two groups was done, and the correlation of electrocardiogram and ultrasonic synchronization index were analyzed. The sensitivity of electrocardiogram and ultrasonic synchrony index were compared, and the correlation of hypokalemia level and ultrasonic synchrony index were analyzed. Results The results of electrocardiogram, ultrasound and serological test were consistent, the consistent rate was 100%,and electrocardiogram and ultrasound index were correlative, the sensitivity to myocardial injury and serum potassium level of agreement with the ultrasound and electrocardiogram was 100%,30% respectively, and the blood potassium more close to normal value, the sensitivity of ultrasound higher, there was significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technique is sensitive,non-invasive and repeatable ventricular synchrony evaluation index, and can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment." @default.
