- W2393504390 abstract "Objective To investigate the concentrations of PM10 in atmosphere and Pb,Cu,Ni,Mn,Cr and Cd in PM10 in Weifang,Shandong province.Methods In the period from December 2010 to December 2011,TH-1000CII high-volume samplers and Teflon membrane filters were used for sampling air in different functional zones in Weifang.Gravimetric method was employed to measure PM10 mass concentration.The concentrations of Pb,Cu,Ni,Mn,Cr and Cd in particulate matter samples were analyzed by using the atomic absorption method.Results During the sampling period,the maximum PM10 mass concentrations in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 164.56,154.56,165.16 and 176.21 μg/m3,respectively,which were observed in the mixed zone and industrial zone suggesting that traffic and industrial sources may be the main contributors to PM10.The average PM10 mass concentrations in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 99.19,87.31,92.39 and 112.75 μg/m3,respectively.The maximum values of Pb,Cu,Ni,Mn,Cr and Cd in PM10 were 132.19,117.81,172.25,93.51,57.89 and 14.67 ng/m3,respectively,which were observed in winter.Conclusion PM10 mass concentrations show obvious seasonal and spatial variations in Weifang,with higher levels in winter and spring and a decreasing order of PM10 mass concentration,such as industrial zone mixed zone traffic zone agricultural zone living zone.The maximum values of Pb,Cu,Ni,Mn,Cr and Cd in PM10 occurr in winter." @default.
