- W2393566094 abstract "Objective:To investigate the prevalence and characters of anxious and depressive symptoms in antepartum and postpartum women. Method:Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS),life events scale (LES) were used to evaluate psychological status in 49 women at the 35～40 weeks during pregnancy and at 1 week,4 weeks,12 weeks after childbirth. Results:Anxiety rate according to SAS were 10.2%,12.2%,10.2% and 6.1% respectively at the four test moments.Depression rate evaluated with EPDS were 8.2%、12.2%、4.1% and 8.2% respectively.The four item factor scores of SDS decreased after childbirth,compared to the subjects whose education level were lower than university. Conclusion:There are anxious and depressive symptoms in late antepartum and postpartum women." @default.
