- W2393619674 abstract "This study proposes an integrated model in the study of voluntary employee turnover.Correlation analysis and path analysis of survey data from 1066 employees supported the previous theoretical model.Results indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment effects significantly on employee's turnover intention that job satisfaction is more significantly than organizational commitment.In examined factors effect on turnover intention,work motivation moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,between organi- zational commitment and turnover intention.Consistent with expectations,the structural variables had significant effects on employee's turn- over.The theoretical,empirical and practical implications of the findings are discussed." @default.
