- W2393884080 abstract "Objective To study the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions( ADR) occurred in our hospital and promote rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods All of 109 ADR cases collected from 2011. 1 ～ 2012. 6 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the reporters,sex and age of patients,drug categories,routes of administration,organs and systems involved and clinical manifestations. Results Of the 109 ADR cases,women patients( 61. 47 %) was reported more than men( 38. 53 %),23. 85% occurred in patients aged above 60,57. 8% of cases were orally treated,the highest proportion occurred in patients was induced by anti-infective drugs,cardiovascular drugs and the traditional Chinese medicines. The most common clinical manifestation was the damages of gastrointestinal system. Conclusion ADR monitoring and reporting should be paid great attention and strengthened by promotion of measurement and reducing missing report rate of ADR,in order to ensure standard and rational drug use in the clinic." @default.
