- W2393914392 abstract "[Objective] The aim was to discuss the new method of determining chlorophyll content in plant.[Method]The phaeophytins were generated by quantitative replacement of Mg ions in chlorophyll with hydrogen ions,the replaced Mg ions were injected into the mixed solution of potassium permanganate and luminol and the post-chemiluminescence reaction occurred.Combining with flow-injection analysis,the new method of flow-injection chemiluminescence of indirectly determining chlorophyll was established by using this coupling reaction.[Result]This method had linear range of 8.0×10-8～8.0×10-5 g/ml Mg(Ⅱ) and detection limit of 3.3×10-8 g/ml Mg(Ⅱ) and the relative standard deviation of continuous 11 parallel determinations on Mg(Ⅱ) with concentration of 8.0×10-7 g/ml was 2.3 %.[Conclusion] The analysis method of indirectly determining chlorophyll amount through determination on Mg ions released from chlorophyll by chemiluminescence was put forward for the first time.This method needed no standard substance of chlorophyll and was simple,rapid and sensitive,which could be used to determine chlorophyll content in plant." @default.
