- W2393935129 abstract "Microwave extraction was used as intensification technology to extract jujube polysaccharide.The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the effects of main factors on the extraction yield of polysaccharide.The optimal parameters are as follows:marinated time being controlled at 60 minutes,pH being adjusted to 6.5,the time of microwave extraction being 5minutes.Under this condition,the yield ratio of polysaccharide is above 5.26%. Compared with traditional extraction process,the results showed that the combination of the traditional method and microwave extraction is more effective to extraction and purification in jujube polysaccharide." @default.
