- W2394008082 abstract "The anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of(Ph2Sn)2(HL9)2(C7H5O2N2)Cl in vitro were investigated.MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxic effect of LPY-3 on six kinds of tumor cell lines.Western Blotting was used to identify the inducements of LPY-3 to the apoptosis signaling molecules in HO-8910 and the symbol protein γ-H2AX about DNA cleavage.Agrose gel electrophoresis was used to detect the cleaving effect of LPY-3 on pBR322.The results indicated that LPY-3 significntly inhibited the growth of these six kinds of tumor cell lines,and their IC50 fall in the 0.12～0.26 μmol/L range.LPY-3 can trigger the activation of apoptosis signaling molecules(caspase-3,caspase-9,Cyt C and PARP),decrease the expression of Bcl-2 and oppositely advance the expression of γ-H2AX.LPY-3 can cause the DNA cleavage of pBR322." @default.
