- W2394129171 abstract "Objective:A gas chromatography(GC)method was developed for determining simultaneously three chloropropanols in soy sauce.Methods:The sample were eluted,purified from celite with florisil chromatography column with diethyl ether as eluant,separated on a CTX-1 capillary column and detected by GC-ECD.Results:The calibration curves of 1,3-DCP,2,3-DCPand 3-MCPD showed good linearity in the range of 5～250 pg(R2=0.9989),3.125～100 pg(R2=0.9993),5～250 pg(R2=0.9979)respectively.The detection limits of were 1.0,1.0 and 0.02μg/kg,respectively.The recoveries of soy sauce sample were 100.64%±2.79%,114.78%±2.50% and 103.61%±2.32%,respectively.Conclusions:This method has high sensitivity and application value for determining chloropropanol in soy sauce sample." @default.
