- W2394243312 abstract "Objective To know about the awareness and attitude of chronic disease(NCD)among residents in Xiaoshan,in order to improve measures of disease control and prevention.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used.A total of 250 residents of 15～69 years old were investigated with questionnaires and measured of height and weight.ResultsThe perceived health statuses were proved to have significant differences among residents of different sex,age,education and their physical health levels were not ideal in general.The rates of examination of blood pressure,blood sugar and serum lipid were high.The harm of the NCD was widely awared of but only more than 20% of the hyperlipidemia patients took medications.The mobidity rates of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia were higher in overweight population than in normal people but the cognition of the obesity was low.Conclusion Through community-management,the awareness of the NCD has improved.We should enlarge the kinds of diseases managed to improve the perceived health status of people." @default.
