- W2394372212 abstract "The fluorescence spectra of twin-tailed hydrophobically associating water-soluble terpolymers poly(acrylamide/sodium acrylate/dioctylacrylamide)[P(AM/NaAA/DiC_8AM)] in redistilled water and in c(NaCl)=1 mol/L aqueous solution were examined.When x(hydrophobic unit)=0.10%～0.40%,surfactant to hydrophobic monomer molar ratio(SMR) values were 20～70,x(NaAA)=20%～40% and ρ(polymer)=5～50 g/mL,the I_1/I_3 values of pyrene were 1.76～1.25.The results showed that there were hydrophobically associating interactions.With the increasing of hydrophobic unit contents,polymer mass concentration and the medium polarity,and the decreasing of NaAA contents and SMR values,the I_1/I_3 values of pyrene decreased and the hydrophobically associating interactions enhanced." @default.
