- W2406540029 abstract "Bu calismanin amaci kuraklik stresinin zarar verici etkilerini azaltmak icin cesitli sulama kisitlamalari olusturularak yetistirilen lahana fidelerinin fizyolojik ve biyokimyasal gelisimlerinde bitki gelisimini arttiran rizobakterilerin (PGPR) ( Bacillus subtilis TV-13B, Bacillus pumilus TV-67C ve Bacillus megaterium TV-6D+ Pantoea agglomerans RK-92+ Brevibacillus choshiensis TV-53D) faydali etkilerini incelemektir. The present study, a pot experiment was conducted to measure the beneficial effect of PGPR on drought stress tolerance mechanisms of cabbage seedlings grown under four different irrigation levels (I1, I2, I3 and I4) which was determined considering different levels (100, 75, 50 and 25 %) of evaporated water from the diminished class-A pan. Furthermore, some experimental data exposited an increase in preferable growth and development in inoculated and stressed plants when compared with uninoculated and stressed plants. At the end of the research, Bacillus pumilus TV-67C strains were determined to increase drought stress tolerance in cabbage seedlings by accelerating the accumulation of inherent levels of superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase also amino acid and hormone production, but decreased membrane permeability and lipid peroxidation inoculated plants under irrigation deficient.
