- W2414277789 abstract "目的 了解职业接触医疗化学因素对女性医护人员健康的影响.方法 选择15家三级甲等医院职业接触医疗化学有害因素的女性医护人员225人为接触组,选择同一医院不接触化学有害因素的95名女医护人员为对照组,设计统一的调查表,调查全部对象的一般情况和职业危害接触情况、月经史、妊娠经过和结局以及机体不良反应等.实验室检查WBC、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和检测外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE),比较两组的差异.结果 接触组的月经周期异常、妊娠并发症发生率、妊娠贫血发生率、胎儿宫内发育迟缓等高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),接触组机体不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 职业接触化学因素对女性月经及生育产生不良后果,机体在化学药物刺激下,不良反应发生率较高,管理部门应加强对职业接触化学因素医护人员的职业安全保护。" @default.
