- W2414302783 abstract "豚肉ヘム色素抽出液を還元して吸収スペクトルを観察した結果，ミオグロビン（Mb）とヘモグロビン（Hb）の他にシトクロムc (Cyt. c）が吸光スペクトルに影響することが強く示唆された。これらのヘム色素の各種誘導体を観察した結果，CO処理したMb，Hb (COMb, COHb）ならびにCyt. cは互いに異なる分光光学的特徴を持っており，COMbは541および578nmに，COHbは539および568nmに，Cyt. cは520および550nmにそれぞれ特徴的な吸光特性が見られ，スペクトル形状が異なった。そこでこれらのヘム色素の吸収ピークである6波長および，COMbとCOHbの等吸収率点がある5波長の合計11波長から3波長を任意に選択し，ランベルトベール則に基づいてテスト溶液のヘム色素濃度の算出を試みた。この算出精度を比較した結果，538，568ならびに578nmの吸光係数を組み合わせた場合に最も高い精度でMb，HbおよびCyt. cを同時に定量出来た。" @default.
