- W2415115488 abstract "近年，鉄代謝の分子メカニズムが急速に明らかになってきている．その一つが生体内の鉄量を調節するヘプシジン-フェロポーチンシステムである．フェロポーチンは腸上皮細胞やマクロファージから鉄を血液中に排出するたんぱく質であり，ヘプシジンはフェロポーチンの発現を低下させることで生体の鉄利用を抑制する．もう一つは，IRP（iron regulatory protein）-IRE（iron responsive element）システムである．IREはmRNAの非翻訳領域に存在する高次構造で，このIREにIRPが結合し，鉄関連遺伝子の翻訳を調節する．このシステムにより細胞内鉄濃度に応じて鉄の貯蔵，利用，排出，取り込みにかかわる遺伝子の発現が調節され，細胞内鉄量が最適化される．さらにミトコンドリアにおけるヘム・ヘム中間体・鉄のトランスポーターも続々と同定されてきており，今後鉄関連疾患の発症機序の解明や新たな創薬が期待される．" @default.
