- W2415172488 abstract "高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗( highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)俗称“鸡尾酒疗法”,是目前已被证实的针对艾滋病病毒感染最有效的治疗方法[1].国际上最新研究表明,HIV/AIDS患者在有效的抗病毒治疗下,其平均寿命能延长数十年,艾滋病已成为一种像高血压、糖尿病这些不能根治但可以长期控制的慢性疾病.自2003年我国开展免费抗病毒治疗以来,已有15万左右的艾滋病患者接受了治疗.由于抗病毒治疗的开展,近年来我国艾滋病患者的病死率已明显下降[2].但随着治疗人数的增多,抗病毒治疗费用已成为一个严重的社会负担.距统计,目前我国每年20多亿艾滋病防治费用的80％用于抗病毒治疗,而且在逐年增加.众所周知,我国还是一个发展中国家,还有1亿多人口生活在贫困线以下,温饱问题都没有完全解决.因此,笔者认为,今后我国的抗病毒治疗要充分考虑国情,尽量依靠国产药物组成的方案来开展治疗,要推广应用优化的国产药治疗方案,不能无限制的采用进口药物治疗病人。" @default.
