- W2416159846 abstract "ストレスが主要なリスクファクターと考えられている情動障害の発症機序やこれら疾患に対する治療薬（抗不安薬や抗うつ薬など）の有効性を考究する上で，実験動物の情動性を客観的かつ定量的に解析することは不可欠である．近年，著者らは，実験動物（マウスおよびラット）の生得的な情動性やストレス刺激による情動変化を行動学的に定量評価することを目的として，自動ホールボード試験装置を開発した．本稿では，自動ホールボード試験装置の概要を紹介するとともに，本試験装置の基礎医学研究への応用例について総説する．自動ホールボード試験装置は，ホールボード装置本体，カラービデオ・トラッキング・システムおよびデータ解析用パーソナルコンピューターの3システムから構成され，この装置を用いることにより，実験動物が新奇環境において示す種々の探索行動を自動的に測定することが可能である．著者らは，自動ホールボード試験装置を用いたこれまでの研究において，(1)ベンゾジアゼピン受容体が関与する情動性の変化の指標として，探索行動の一つである穴のぞき行動が有用であること，(2)セロトニン（5-HT）1A受容体を刺激することでストレス刺激に対する情動的抵抗性が形成され，この機構に視床下部-下垂体-副腎皮質系が関与すること，(3)脳由来神経栄養因子（brain-derived neurotrophic factor: BDNF）が情動性の調節に関与していること，(4)慢性変動ストレス刺激が負荷期間に依存した種々の情動異常を誘発すること，などの知見を得ている．これらのことより，自動ホールボード試験装置は，実験動物の情動性を多角的にかつ定量的に解析するシステムとして有用であり，本装置を基礎医学研究に応用することにより，諸種の情動障害の病態生理の解明や治療薬の開発の一助になるものと考える．" @default.
