- W2417104076 abstract "Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qi-regulating and blood-activating herbs in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and its effects on expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and P21(superscript ras). Methods 60 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group; treatment group were treated by ”Weiweian Granule”, while control group treated by ”Weiweian Decoction”. The clinical symptoms and PCNA and P21(superscript ras) expressions were observed. Results In treatment group, the clinical and pathological effective rates were 86.67% and 83.3%; they were 93.3% and 73.3% in control group, P＞0.05. PCNA and P21(superscript ras) expressions down-regulated after treatment (P＜0.05). with no difference between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion These herbs can improve the symptoms and pathological results possibly by down-regulating PCNA and P21(superscript ras) expressions." @default.
