Bu calismanin amaci lisans mezuniyetleri farkli fakulte ve bolumlerden olan sinif ogretmenlerinin 1997 yilindan bu yana orgutlerinde yer alan orgutsel degerlere uyumlarini tespit etmektir. Adi gecen sinif ogretmenlerinin mezun olduklari bolumlere ( sosyal ve fen- matematik alanlarina gore) gore gorev yaptiklari okul ortamindaki orgutsel degerlere uyumlarinda bir farklilik olup olmadigi da arastirmanin baska bir amacini teskil etmektedir. Arastirmanin calisma grubunu 49 fakultesi disindaki fakultelerden mezun olup su anda ilkogretim okullarinda sinif ogretmeni olarak gorev yapan ogretmenler olusturmustur. Arastirma tarama modelindedir. Arastirmanin amaclarina uygun veriler, oncelikle konu ile ilgili kaynaklarin taramasi yapilarak, ilgili kisi ve kurumlarla gorusulerek, daha sonra ise bu bilgiler isiginda hazirlanan veri toplama araci (anket) ile elde edilmistir. Veriler arastirmaci tarafindan gelistirilen anketle elde edilmis, SPSS bilgisayar programinda analiz edilerek, yorumlanmistir. Arastirma sonucunda ilkogretim okullarinda gorev yapmakta olan sinif ogretmenlerin buyuk oranda uyum sagladiklari gorulmustur. Uyum derecesinin orta ve cok duzeyde oldugu bazi durumlarin ise bu dagilimin altinda oldugu gorulmustur. Bunlardan bir tanesi ogretmenlerin idari kadrolarda pek istekli olmadiklaridir. Diger bir nokta da ogretmenlerin karar alinirken kendilerine pek danisilmadigi seklindeki gorusleridir. Arastirmada gruplar arasinda farklilik egitim sisteminin yapilanmasi bana uygun geldi ile meslegimle ilgili sorumluluk almaktan hoslaniyorum maddelerinde gorulmustur. In the study tat conducted by Zoba (2000) he tried to determine the perceptions pertaining to the educational values assumed to be existent by the teachers teaching in primary schools. In his study that Sagnak (2005) tried to determine the perception of the organizational values by the administrators and teachers and the level of harmony between their personal values. In 1997, the Ministry of Education has appointed graduates from various faculties, outside of the Faculties of Education, as class teachers. In this study we have examined the harmonization with the organization values, over a period of 8 years, of the class teachers appointed in this manner. The research was conducted on class teachers who were graduates of faculties outside of education faculties and assigned to the primary schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education (MED) in the academic year 2004-2005 in the county of Kecioren of the province of Ankara. A total of 49 teachers from the 84 primary schools in the county of Kecioren of Ankara as of the start of the academic year 2004/2005 were asked to fill in the questionnaires. The profession of teaching was very attractive to me. In looking at the answers given to this question, graduates from the Science-Mathematics faculties displayed medium adaptation with an X f=3.25 arithmetic average and graduates of social sciences showed little adaptation with X s=2.58 average. I find the salary to be satisfactory. It can be understood from the answers given to this question by both groups participating in this research that they found the salary to be medium (X f=2,80, X s= 2.75, X t=2.77). It can be said that the change between the groups is equal (0.730>0.05). In looking at the averages it can be said 95% that there is no difference between the two groups (0.891>0.05).
