In the Track field, The proposed measures for sleeper/rail weightness, linear improvement(straightening, severe curve of improvement, cant of reinforcement), use of swing nose cross turnouts, CWR , high elastic on track are being applied to the improved construction to reduce fatigue load and impact highly increasing on the track at high speed. This study is to develop technologies that promote elasticity track by leveraging existing PC sleeper. Key techniques is to achieve high elastic pad stiffness(60kN/mm) for reduction of the impact load on the rail track, is to develop a spring clip(Q-Clip) corresponding to the increase of the relative displacement(± 1㎜) between the sleepers and rails. Quality certification is in progress for applicability of verification in field, Laying tested in Jeolla main line and in Daegu subway. Recent study is to compare the behavior characteristics that occur on track(rail, sleeper) before improved and after improving through precision measurement(stress, acceleration, displacement) on test bed" @default.
