In this connection, subtyping genotype 2 isolates by NS5B sequencing should be introduced into clinical laboratory practice to successfully detect recombinant HCVs and to enhance the efficiency of antiviral therapy.В обзоре представлены данные литературы об эффективности лечения больных хроническим гепатитом С, инфицированных вирусами гепатита С (HCV) рекомбинантных вариантов, с применением различных схем противовирусной терапии. Низкая эффективность терапии пегилированными интерферонами (ПЕГ ИФН) с рибавирином (РИБ) и софосбурином + с рибавирином у этой больных группы (достижение устойчивого вирусологического ответа в 22 и 30,7% случаев соответственно) по сравнению с эффективностью (87-97 и 83-97% соответственно) лечения у больных, инфицированных HCV 2-го генотипа, не позволяет применять у таких пациентов схемы лечения, рекомендованные EASL (2015 г.) для 2-го генотипа HCV. В связи с этим необходимо включение в клиническую лабораторную практику обязательного определения подтипов всех изолятов 2-го генотипа на основе анализа фрагмента NS5B области генома, что позволит успешно выявлять рекомбинантные формы HCV и повысит эффективность противовирусной терапии." @default.
