- W244093089 abstract "要約：下肢静脈瘤診療における画像診断法として，128 列MDCT を用いた非造影3DCT-venography（3DCTV）が第一選択の画像診断法となりうるかどうかを検討した．平成21 年9 月から平成25 年8 月までに非造影3DCTV を施行した1348 例2696 肢を対象とし，静脈機能の推測，不全穿通枝の描出能，深部静脈疾患との関係，手術方法決定における有用性の観点から検討した．大伏在静脈径とvenous filling index との間には正の相関（r=0.539）を認めた．不全穿通枝の同定率は86.7％であった．深部静脈不全症および深部静脈血栓症では，伏在静脈と交通のない分枝型から網目状静脈瘤が広範に認められるという特徴的な所見を認めた．非造影3DCTV は，静脈瘤の全体像を立体的に客観的に把握することが容易で，手術戦略を決定するうえで有用であった．状況に応じてduplex scanを併用した評価が必要であるが，非造影3DCTV は第一選択の画像診断法になりうると考えられた．" @default.
