- W246642012 abstract "目的：探讨亿活（布拉民酵母菌）对新生儿高胆红素血症的影响。方法：100例新生儿高胆红素血症患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各50例。（1）对照组选用常规治疗方法：①肝酶诱导荆药物治疗；②蓝光照射治疗；（D对症治疗；④及时补液；⑤换血疗法；（2）治疗组：在对照组治疗的基础上加用亿活（布拉氏酵母菌）。治疗1周后观察其疗效。结果：治疗组患儿黄疸消退时间平均为（7．6±1．7）天，治疗组患儿黄疸消退时间平均为（4．3±1．5）天，差异（P〈0．05）具有统计学意义；加用亿活（布拉氏酵母菌）治疗组的临床总有效率为96％，常规组临床总有效率为84％，前者显著高于后者，差异（P〈0．05）具有统计学意义。结论：口服亿活（布拉氏酵母菌）能有效治疗新生儿高胆红素血症，提高患儿的治愈率，改善预后。" @default.
