- W2470492783 abstract "【背景】感作データを含む出生コホート研究は非常に少ない．【方法】我々が以前報告した出生コホート研究の乳児を追跡し，2歳・3歳時にプリックテストを，4歳時に郵送によるアンケート調査を実施し，アレルギー疾患の経過につき検討した．【結果】4歳まで180名をフォローできた．うち136名で2歳以降に少なくとも1回の感作データが得られた．4歳時の食物アレルギー（FA）児は全員，生後早期に湿疹を，1歳までに感作を認めていた．FAを伴わないアトピー性皮膚炎（AD）児のほとんどは4歳までに軽快していた．4歳時の喘息（BA）は乳児期のFAやADと関連がなく，乳児期の保育園入園，発熱，抗菌薬，解熱剤投与がリスク因子であり，多くが吸入抗原への感作を認めていた．【結論】4歳時のFAに生後早期の経皮感作が影響する可能性があること，FAのないADは予後良好であることが示唆された．4歳時のBAは感染に伴う喘息が主体で，アレルギーマーチとは異なる位置づけにあると考えられたが，アトピー喘息の側面も有していた．" @default.
