• W2479432914 abstract "연구배경: 대사증후군과 비만의 유병률은 최근 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 폐기능에 이 두 질환들이 미치는 영향에 대한 보고는 계속되고 있으나 명확한 위험인자의 보고가 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 대사증후군과 체질량지수, 체지방률, 체지방량과 폐기능 간의 상관관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 방법: 2010년 1월부터 2010년 12월 31일까지 중앙대학교 병원에서 건강검진을 시행한 20세부터 60세까지의 총 1,962명(남자 545명, 여자 1,417명)을 대상으로 횡단적 연구를 시행하였다. 대사증후군의 정의는 2005년 미국심장학회에서 발표한 AHA/NHLBI에 따랐으며 체질량지수, 체지방률, 체지방량은 체성분 분석기를 사용하였다. 결과: 남자에서 낮은 고밀도지단백 콜레스테롤혈증군과 고혈압군에서 FEV1/FVC가 정상군에 비해 각각 84.2 ± 6.2%(P < 0.001)와 83.7 ± 6.2% (P < 0.05) 로 낮게 나타났고 체지방률과 체지방량이 증가할수록 FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC 모두 감소하였다. 여자에서는 고혈압군에서 FEV1이 93.8 ±11.1% (P < 0.05), FVC 가 104.3 ± 13.0% (P < 0.05)로 정상혈압 군에 비해 낮은 결과를 보였으며 체질량지수에 따라 FEV1, FVC가 증가하고 FEV1/FVC는 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 결론: 대사증후군 진단 요소와 체성분 분석을 통해 얻은 체질량지수, 체지방률, 체지방량과 폐기능 간의 상관관계를 살펴 보았으며 남녀에서 각각 다른 인자들이 폐기능에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었으나 통계적으로 명확한 단일 인자는 밝힐 수 없었다. 따라서 폐질환이 없는 60세 미만의 정상군에서 대사 증후군이나 체질량지수, 체지방률, 체지방량에 따라 폐기능의 변화는 그 예측도가 낮으며 임상적 의의는 미미할 것으로 판단된다." @default.
