- W249043265 abstract "45歳，男性．2006年10月，右Spigelヘルニアに対し，他院で手術施行した．2009年11月上旬より術創部の腫脹を認め，同月当院を受診した．腹部所見上，右下腹部の前回手術創周囲に膨隆を認め，陰嚢内に達していた．腹部CTで右下腹部より腸管の脱出を認め，また外鼠径ヘルニアも認めた．再発性Spigelヘルニアおよび外鼠径ヘルニアの診断にて手術を施行した．手術所見では，ヘルニア嚢は外腹斜筋腱膜下に存在し，前回腹腔内に留置されていたメッシュの辺縁より脱出していた．ヘルニア嚢を剥離し腹膜前腔に空間を作成した．外鼠径ヘルニア（I－２型）に対してはヘルニア嚢を内鼠径輪の高さで結紮切離した後，ULTRAPRO HERNIA SYSTEM（UHS）を用いてSpigelヘルニアと鼠径ヘルニアを修復した．稀な再発性Spigelヘルニアの１例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．" @default.
