Icme, kullanma ve sulama suyu gereksiniminin saglandigi en onemli su kaynaklarindan olan akarsularin verimi, gereksinim duyulan suyu karsilamadigi durumlarda akarsu uzerine baraj, golet, regulator gibi depolama yapilari insa edilir. Bu yapilarin projelendirilmesinde, yillik toplam akimlarin ve bunlarin tekerrur surelerinin bilinmesi gerekir (Bilgin, 1981)." @default.
