- W2509921992 abstract "老齢ラット脳に対する加味帰脾湯の効果を，コリン作動性神経マーカーであるムスカリン受容体，acetylcholinesterase(AChE)，chohne acetyltransferase(CAT)およびコリン取り込みについて検討した．加味帰脾湯200mg/kgをSprague-Dawley系雄性ラット(24カ月令)に4週間連続経ロ投与した．脳を前脳+大脳皮質部(CR)および間脳部(SS)に分割し，それぞれ粗膜標品および粗シナプトソームを調整し，種々受容体および酵素活性を測定した．ムスカリン受容体は加味帰脾湯投与のCR部で，対照老齢ラットに比べ有意な結合量の増加が見られたが，これはBmax値の増加，すなわちムスカりン受容体数の増加であった．加味帰脾湯4週間連続経ロ投与にもかかわらず，いずれの部位においても，AChE活性およびコリン取り込み能は対照老齢ラットの値と同程度であった．一方，CAT活性において，加味帰脾湯4週間連続経ロ投与で対照老齢ラットにくらべ，CR部において有意なVmax値の増加がみられた．これらの結果から，加味帰脾湯は低下した老齢ラットのコリン作動性神経系を賦活させる作用を持つ可能性が考えられる．" @default.
