Scientists constantly conduct work on creation and effective application of the new biologically active supplements possessing anti-stressful action. In the course of growth occurs changes of a relative ratio of proteins, lipids, waters that has considerable impact on quality of fat of muscular and connecting fabric. in this article it is a question of influence of anti-stressful preparations on biological features of pork. For the purpose of enrichment of diets of pigs laktulozy and mineral substances scientific the Don GAU two compositions of the natural biologically active supplement “Laktumin” and “Todikamp-Lakt” are studied and take root into production. on the basis of comparison of results, definition of amount of irreplaceable amino acids in meat, the amino acid pays off with data on their content in reference protein is fast. fabrics of young animals have the high content of water and connecting fabric and the low maintenance of lipids in small cages. With age the share of lipids increases, and connecting fabric and water decreases. Generalizing results of amino acid composition of muscular fabric and fatty acid composition of fatty tissue when using in feeding of anti-stressful preparations, it is possible to draw a conclusion that meat of thoroughbred pigs was fatter and is less sated with amino acids, and also fatty acids. this article reports on the impact of antistress drugs on biological features of pork (amino acids, fatty acid composition)." @default.
