- W2510166148 abstract "近年の都市部におけるマンションの大量供給は, 都市居住地構造の再編過程の一端をなしているとともに, そこでは新たなコミュニティの形成が進行していると考えられる。そこで, 本研究は, マンション開発に伴う旧市街地の変貌を, 土地利用, 住民属性, コミュニティの3側面から捉えることを目的とし, 仙台市都心周辺部に位置する青葉区五橋二丁目地区を対象にして調査したものである。当地区は古くからの商業地区であり, マンション開発以前の1970年代には急激な人口減少が進行したが, 1980年代に入ってからのマンション開発により, 人口は回復した。調査結果は次の通りである。(1) 1983～1997年の間に, 11棟のマンションが主に長屋形式の住宅を取り壊して開発され, 借地, 借家世帯の多くは当地区から転出していった。現在, 当地区に居住する旧住民は主として地主層であって, その多くが自営業者である。(2) マンション入居世帯の家族構成は, 旧住民に比べて単身世帯が多いなど多様であった。また, マンション入居世帯の職業構成は旧住民とは異なり, サラリーマン世帯が多数を占める。(3) マンション入居世帯は全般に地区行事への参加率と定住意識は低いが, 子供をもつ世帯は子供会を介して, 町内会活動に積極的に参加していた。" @default.
