A total of 314 employees in South Korea participated. The results showed that employees’ benefits (β = .305), pay level (β = .232), and pay structure (β = .174) had a significant effect on employees’ job engagement, while employees’ pay structure (β = −.333), pay level (β = −.232), pay raise (β = −.158), and benefits (β = −.134) affected employees’ job withdrawal.
