- W2513306696 abstract "3種類の国産大麦について水浸処理を行ない,大麦中のリン形態の変化および雛におけるリンの利用率に及ぼす影響について検討した。水浸処理は次のように行なった。すなわち,無処理粉砕大麦に等重量の水を加えてよく攪拌して室温に16時間保持したのち,乾燥,粉砕,風乾した。このようにして調製した処理大麦および無処理大麦についてリン形態の変化を明らかにするとともに,これらの大麦を55～58%含む飼料を雛に給与して処理が成長,飼料効率および脛骨灰分含量に及ぼす影響を明らかにした。その結果,いずれの大麦も処理によってフィチン態リンが35～59%減少し,それにほぼ相当する量の無機リンが増加した。処理大麦を55～58%含む低リン飼料を給与した雛の成長,飼料効率および脛骨灰分含量は,同量の無処理大麦を含む低リン飼料の場合に比べていずれも有意にすぐれていた。大麦の水浸処理による雛の脛骨灰分含量の増加量は無処理大麦低リン飼料に0.05～0.07%の無機リンを添加した場合とほぼ等しいものであった。大麦のMEは水浸処理によって改善される傾向が認められた。" @default.
