- W2515204473 abstract "老年者糖尿病の食事療法に Glycemic Index (GI) を応用すべく, 今回GIに対する加齢及び食品の影響を検討した. 対象をI群: 成人健常者7例, II群: 高齢非糖尿病者7例, III群: 高齢糖尿病者7例, の3群とし, 1) 50g経口ブドウ糖 (OGTT), 2) 高GI食 (食パン77g), 3) 低GI食 (いんげん豆60g) の各負荷試験を行った. 1)～3)はいずれも同一熱量であり, 負荷後5時間までのGIおよび Insulin Index (II) とその経時的変化をも比較検討した. その結果, 加齢の影響ではI～II群の比較においてGIおよびIIに有意の差は認められなかった. 耐糖能の影響ではII～III群の比較において血糖値には有意差を認めたが, GIおよびIIに有意の差は認められなかった. 食品の影響ではI～II～III群の比較において, 低GI食による血糖値の有意の低下はIII群のみで認められたのに対し, 低GI食のGI及びIIは高GI食に比しI, II, III群とも有意に低値であった. 吸収時間の影響ではGIおよびIIの有意の時間的変化は高GI食, 低GI食とも, いずれの群においても認められなかった. 以上, 加齢によるGIへの影響のないことが示され, 老年者においても成人同様にGIが適用可能であり, さらに老年者糖尿病の治療において低GI食 (豆類) の応用が食後血糖調節に有用であることが示された." @default.
