- W2515618388 abstract "容量負荷および左冠状動脈結紮により作製した肺うっ血を伴う急性心不全モデル犬を用いて，carperitide(α-human atrial natriuretic peptide)の心血行動態および尿排泄に対する作用を各種心不全治療薬の作用と比較検討した．carperitide(0.1～1μg/kg/min)の静脈内持続投与(30分間)により，左室拡張終期圧(LVEDP)は用量依存的に低下した．心拍出量(CO)は減少する傾向を示したが，心筋収縮力(LV dP/dtmax)および心拍数(HR)はほとんど変化しなかった．一方，ニトログリセリン(NG; 3μg/kg/min)およびフロセミド(1mg/kg)もLVEDPを低下させたが，その作用はcarperitideよりも弱かった． ニトロプルシッド(SNP; 10μg/kg/min)およびドブタミン(DB; 10μg/kg/min)はCO増加作用およびLVEDP低下作用を示し，HRは増加した． ヒドララジン(H; 100μg/kg/min)はCOを増加させたが，LVEDPを低下させず，HRを著明に増加させた。心筋酸素消費量の指標であるdouble product(収縮期血圧×心拍数)はcarperitideで有意に減少し，HおよびDBで有意に上昇した．また，carperitideはNG，SNP，H，DBとは異なり尿量および尿中電解質排泄量を増加させた．以上の結果から，carperitideは利尿作用および血管拡張作用を同時に発現する新しいタイプの心不全治療薬になり得る可能性が示唆された．" @default.
