- W2518745265 abstract "血流による温度低下を阻止することを目的に, RF温熱療法 (HT) と一時的血流遮断下抗癌剤動注療法 (BOAI) との同時併用療法 (一時的血流遮断下温熱化学療法) を試み, 19歳男性の下顎骨骨肉腫再発例に応用した。まず, 浅側頭動脈よりバルーンカテーテルを挿入し, 局部を選択的に随時血流を遮断できることを確認し, HTとCDDPによるBOAIを同時併用した。本法では非血流遮断時に比し2℃高い42～43℃の腫瘍内温度を40分間維持でき, しかも頭痛などはなく副作用もなかった。HT後, 腫脹は縮小, 自発痛は消失した。CT所見で低吸収域の拡大を, 血管造影像で腫瘍血管の減少を, 生検で腫瘍組織の壊死を認め, 局所は15カ月間良好に制御され, 本法の有用性を認めた。" @default.
