- W2519646289 abstract "日本医真菌学会提案による「酵母様真菌の抗真菌薬感受性試験法」（以下JSMM法）のアゾール系抗真菌薬の終末点判定基準は，80％発育阻止濃度（IC80）と規定されている．最近，この基準で測定されたMIC値が，国際的な標準法とされるCLSI M27-A2法（以下CLSI法）のそれと乖離することが指摘されるようになった．そこで，JSMM法をより有用性の高い標準法として見直すことを目的に，Candida 属臨床分離株25株（Candida albicans ５株，C. glabrata ５株，C. tropicalis ５株，C. parapsilosis ５株，C. krusei ５株）を用いて，アゾール系抗真菌薬３薬剤（fluconazole，itraconazoleおよびvoriconazole）のMICを現行JSMM法，改変JSMM法，およびCLSI法とで比較検討した．その結果，改変JSMM法としてアゾール系抗真菌薬の終末点判定基準をIC50に変更した場合のMIC値は，CLSI法と高い一致率を示し，両法のMIC値は互換性を有することが明らかとなった．さらに，判定にリーダーを用いるJSMM法は，目視によるCLSI法に比べ，安定性ならびに再現性に富む試験法であることが示唆された．" @default.
