- W2520154630 abstract "肥大型心筋症79例 (閉塞性19例, 非閉塞性60例) の心電図経過を3年から16年 (平均6.5年) 追跡し, 心筋肥大, 線維化などの心筋病変や拡張期compliance障害の自然経過および予後との関連につき考案を加えた。左室側QRS波 (SV1+RV5) は44.4±17.7mmから52.7±20.7mmへと増高し, 左室肥大の進行が示唆された。これはASH群では10歳代にapical hypertrophy群では50歳～60歳代に著明で, ASH群は若年発症で10歳代に急速に肥大が進行し, apical hypertrophy群は中年以降の発症で50歳代以降でもなお肥大の進行が持続していることを示す所見と解された。心筋障害の進行を示唆する脚ブロック出現は13%にみられ予後不良であった。V1誘導の陰性P波も0.4±0.5mmから0.8±0.8mmへと増大し左室拡張障害の進行が示唆され, 23%にみられた心房細動例は予後不良であった。一方, 若年者ではこれらとは無関係に左室肥大が急速に進展する過程で突然死がみられ注目された。" @default.
