- W2520186469 abstract "This article aimed to explain the relationship between economics and health through the laborious activities of metalworkers in technology companies in the Greater ABC in Sao Paulo. Faced with the dual relationship between capital and labor, to understand the formation of this joint during labor relations has become critical in this age of knowledge. In the context of capitalism it is irrefutable that labor relations are altered, and with them, its protagonists, the workers. In the scenario of intense technological change as it passes the industrial society, human interactions are modified in the business environment and society, producing biopsychosocial changes in workers. Changed the behavior of workers in the group, forcibly arise changes in quality of life of its components. These changes eventually affect the health of individuals and hence the creation of ideal conditions for business and social environment. The workers 'scenario diagnostic won sense with the qualitative approach to workers' accounts with the constructs built about health in the workplace. Questioning, observing and using the workers' social memory, we managed to build important arguments of the lives of workers in companies, the valuation of conduct and human values among workers, basic rescue to understand the contradictions between capital and labor in contemporary society." @default.
