- W2521238423 abstract "潰瘍性大腸炎(UC）に対する大腸全摘·回腸嚢肛門吻合術後のpouch related complication(PRC）症例30例の概要とsalvage手術の成績を検討した．平均PRC発症年齢は33.0歳，再建術後平均2.2年で症状出現が認められた．主症状は会陰部排液·排膿21例，下血9例，肛門痛7例，腰·臀部痛4例であった．PRCの発現形式では痔瘻·肛門周囲膿瘍14例，骨盤膿瘍13例，排便機能障害3例であった．salvage手術は平均2.7回(1∼7回）施行され，回腸人工肛門造設が必要であったのは25例，Seton drainageは16例に計24回施行された．再回腸嚢肛門吻合は7例に施行され，回腸嚢切除·永久人工肛門は6例に施行された．PRC治療中にindeterminate colitis, クローン病に診断変更となった症例はそれぞれ2例ずつ認められた．UC術後のPRCの経過は多岐にわたるが，適切なsalvage方針によって回腸嚢機能が温存できる症例は少なくない．" @default.
